You are here:--It’s NOT what you SAY, It’s what you DO!

It’s NOT what you SAY, It’s what you DO!

“Behavior is the mirror in which ALL lives show their true selves.” – James Allen.

Hmmm… so do you mean that what we do is more credible than what we say?

Absolutely!

Anyone can SAY anything. But it’s in the doing – or the behavior that we can certainly determine what that person truly stands for. But there is a way to really know who a person truly is. What is that you ask.

Come closer. Let me whisper this little gem in your ear. “Spend time with them.” And I don’t mean, a couple minutes every other day – or even a few hours a couple days. Some people can maintain this little act for very long! I mean, day in – day out – in your face kinda way.”

You see: most people cannot maintain the charade they share with the world for very long. Spend enough time with them, and you WILL discover the REAL person – and not the person they CLAIM to be. You see – behavior trumps words EVERY TIME! Now – there are some REALLY good actors out there who can maintain this charade for years!!!! Really!!! However, if you REALLY pay attention, you will SEE little slips of this false persona coming through from time to time. This is what we hear commonly described as “red flags.” So if we SEE these RED FLAGS – why do we ignore them? For several reasons. We may just pass them off as the person “having a bad day” – “a momentary slip” “nothing serious.” Well, we SHOULD pay attention, because as James Allen also observed, “Act is the blossom of thought” – somewhere inside that person that act, that behavior, is being manifested because of how that person “thinks” -which bring me to another thought, “We are literally what we think; our character being the complete sum of all our thoughts.”

Tell me – what are your actions – your behavior – saying about what you are thinking? Because again, as the good Lord says, “As a man thinketh – so is he!”

Today – let us ALL – including me – challenge ourselves to think good thoughts, because ultimately, these thoughts WILL be manifested in how we behave. We CANNOT keep our thoughts secret for too long because it WILL be brought to the light through our behavior!

So, until next time. Make it a great day, and God bless!
